SBL works as an installation subcontractor to AIS and MEL on the Huawei rollout serving the Kingdom's mobile operators. Work orders cover the complete radio site: baseband and power units, remote radio units and active antennas on and off the tower, and microwave links from new hops to module expansions, together with the dismantling, packing and return of replaced equipment.

Every task follows Huawei's installation guides and the operator's engineering and EHS specifications, and each site closes with serial numbers and before and after photographs uploaded to Huawei's ISDP quality system.

Crews are issued full fall-arrest harnesses, double lanyards, helmets and high-visibility wear before site access permits are raised, and night work runs under floodlight.

Each site closes with serial numbers and before and after photographs.
