On site
Each site is built from the ground up. Crews excavate to founding level, set timber formwork and tie the epoxy-coated raft mat and pedestal cage, then place concrete by pump with poker vibration and a wet cure.
Bar diameter, spacing and cover are checked with caliper and tape and kept as geo-tagged records before any pour is signed off.
Once the base has gained strength the tower goes up: monopole sections lifted and bolted through a scaffold access ring, or a lattice tower assembled and craned into place on remote desert plots. Work runs under the operator's site supervisor, with a toolbox talk before every shift.
No pour is signed off before the steel is measured.
