Solar, built end to end.
We design, supply, install and maintain solar power systems, from a single pump conversion to multi-megawatt plant.
- 01Morning: the rows turn east to meet the sun
- 02Noon: every module works the light it gets
- 03Evening: the rows follow the sun down
What we deliver on a solar job.
We carry a solar job from the first site visit to the maintenance programme, with the same crews throughout and one point of responsibility.
- 01
Survey and load measurement
Site visit, existing plant recorded, real load and run hours measured rather than assumed.
OutputA measured load and run-hour record
- 02
System design and yield modelling
Array sizing, tilt and layout, expected yield modelled against the measured load.
OutputArray layout and modelled yield
- 03
Equipment supply and schedules
Full bill of quantities built line by line from the drawings.
OutputA line-by-line bill of quantities
- 04
Structure, cabling and protection
Foundations, mounting, DC and AC routing, protection and earthing.
OutputStructure, cable routes and earthing in place
- 05
Commissioning and testing
String tests, energisation, records handed over.
OutputTest records and an energised system
- 06
Monitoring and O&M
Output measured against the modelled yield, maintenance on a schedule.
OutputOutput read against the model
The same six steps at every scale.
What changes is the size of the array, the protection and the structure, not the way the work is organised.
- Array
- One ground-mount block beside the well
- Protection
- Solar drive with DC isolation and surge protection
- Structure
- Ground mount on footings
Three ways to put the sun to work.
Every system we build follows one of three routes. Pick a route, then switch between day and night to see where the power goes.
Solar direct
PV array to inverter or VFD, straight to the load. Runs while the sun is up.
Sun on the array: power runs through the inverter straight to the load.
Storage on route B is built with ONESUN SBL lithium packs. ONESUN SBL storage
Every job starts with a survey.
Send us the site location and the load. We measure before we design.
